Scripts for M&S 'food porn' spots need to be incredibly detailed as the directors follow them to the letter. In writing this series of six ads I spent weeks with easter eggs, bunches of flowers and hot cross buns on my desk.
I’d dance them around, then bounce them and break them to see how the pieces fell and moved.
A great excersise in art direction.
